Product Overview
The Scrub Daddy Color Sponges are made with a flexible material called FlexTexture which allows the sponges to become harder or softer based upon how much water they absorb in terms of temperature.
When you place them in cold water, the sponges will become firmer allowing for better abrasion when needed for tough cleaning; however, when placed in warmer water the sponges will soften making them easier to use for light cleaning tasks.
A smiling face is part of the design of these sponges. In addition to giving you places to grip your fingers through their eyes, the mouth of the sponge can be used as an aid to clean both sides of utensils such as forks and knives, and many types of cooking equipment, such as spoons.
The Scrub Daddy Color Sponge Scratch-Free has been designed to work well on many common household surfaces by reducing the amount of damage caused from everyday cleaning activities.
Customers Say
Many people who have purchased this product also think that when a customer puts the sponge in cold water, it gets firmer, but when they put the sponge in warm water, it will get softer. This could be helpful to use the sponge for various cleaning jobs.
Many of the buyers are very pleased that because of its smile-face design, it is easier for them to grip the sponge. This has been beneficial to help them clean their glassware, cutlery, dishes, sink basins, cookware etc. The majority of customers appreciate how well the sponge cleans up relatively and does not keep smells around as long as many of the typical kitchen sponges do.
Mostly, consumers utilize this product for household cleaning in their kitchens, baths, sinks, countertops and other regular cleaning places. Many consumers indicate that the sponge may become worn out and soft from continued usage.

Bottom Line
The Scrub Daddy Color Sponge Scratch Free is an all-purpose kitchen and bath cleaning sponge that offers users adjustable firmness by changing temperatures without having to use separate sponges or switch between them. The top strengths of this product are that it has a temperature responsive FlexTexture, it will not scratch surfaces, it has a smile-shaped grip for easy handling, and it rinses well without odor retention like some other types of sponges. The primary weakness of this product is that it costs significantly more than a regular kitchen sponge; however, the increased cost may be worth it if you need a high-quality, long-lasting cleaning tool.
