Buyers have praised the high-quality of the prints, and that the final art work did an excellent job of capturing the pet in the photo as long as the original photo was clear.
Also many buyers appreciate how easy it is to hang by arriving ready to put on your wall and fit easily into bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and galleries.
The two main complaint categories are difference from the preview to what the buyer gets for the purchase price, especially if there is a lot of shadow in the picture; the picture is poor resolution or badly cropped. Buyers feel that some options for customization would be better than others.
