Product Overview
The Blackout Curtains by BGment help reduce the amount of light coming into a room, provide greater privacy and help to reduce the loss of heat from inside the home in addition to reducing the amount of light entering through windows.
Each panel comes with metal rings that allow for easy installation onto most curtain rods. The curtains themselves are made from a lightweight polyester material which also helps to block radiant energy, therefore helping to keep your space warmer during the colder months and cooler during the hotter months.
Customers Say
Many consumers have commented about how noticeable the darkening of their bedroom has been after installing these curtains, as well as how they are able to cut down on glare from sun light.
Buyers also comment about the high quality of the fabric used in this product, its smooth finish and the ease with which it slides along a curtain rod due to the use of metal grommets.
In addition, buyers note improvements in privacy and some level of insulation from both heat and cold from the outdoors, resulting in an increased level of functionality for the entire year.
The majority of complaints regarding the blackout feature of this product revolve around the fact that the degree to which this product will block out light depends entirely upon the color chosen by the buyer.

Bottom Line
BGment Blackout Curtain are an excellent option in bedroom areas with privacy needs, low glare requirements and the ability to regulate the amount of outside light. Some of their strong points include the blackout fabric they contain, thermal insulating qualities, ease of installing using grommets and the large variety of colors. One of their limitations is that most often the dark color curtain will block out more outside light than a similar colored lighter shade.
