Product Overview
The Amazon Basics collapsible storage organizer kit is made up of collapsible fabric storage cubes that are designed to be used with your existing cube shelving unit or closet. They can also be used in a bedroom, office, or any other area of your home where you need additional space for storing things.
Each of the collapsible fabric storage cubes has a front fabric pull handle which allows them to easily be pulled out from on top of a shelf. As they fold flat when not in use, the collapsible fabric storage cubes make it easy to add some much needed extra storage space for small items such as clothing, toys, linens, crafts supplies, paper products etc.
Customers Say
Customers find the Amazon Basics storage cubes helpful in decluttering and organizing their shelves with minimal investment in additional storage furniture.
Customers generally appreciate how easily the cubes collapse into a compact unit as well as fold back up quickly if extra storage space is ever needed.
The handles made of fabric have also received many compliments because they allow customers to more easily remove the cubes from shelves and closets.
Therefore, the most common complaint about these products involves both stiffness, as well as maintaining their original shapes over time. The general consensus is that some users find that the cubes will sometimes feel somewhat unstable or floppy when there is no weight inside them; other consumers note that the sides of the cubes tend to lose their original shape after being used extensively.

Bottom Line
The Amazon Basics Collapsible Storage Organizer is an inexpensive collapsible option to help organize closets, bedrooms, offices, etc. It has advantages of being able to be folded up, lightweight, having pull handles that can be easily pulled and being economical when it comes to storing items. However, its disadvantages include less rigid than other types of storage containers and will likely have a shorter lifespan due to the fact they are made of softer materials.
